Mary Bell murdered 2 other children by the time she was 11 years of age.
In this series I am attempting to depict the fragility of children's minds and how their innocence can be deceptive. I think one thing that cannot be ignored is how easily they can be tainted, what causes it, and how to avoid it. The juxtaposition of horror and innocence evident in these works is something that we as a society should not overlook, something we should put more time and effort into studying and preventing.
